Trustworthy. Reliable. Professional. This is the service of Mr. Michael Bland with A-1 Rapid Response Restoration located in Madison, MS. My family was in need of a local restoration company to provide an estimate and perform work on our mom's laundry room which had received water damage and mold due to a broken water pipe. The broken pipe caused severe water damage and mold to the ceiling, floor, and walls. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Michael Bland and explained to him the situation and my concern for workers entering my elderly mother's home to do the work.
